Gift Wrapping Party at Dover library
DOVER — On Monday, Dec. 5 at 6:30 p.m. the Dover Public Library will be hosting a gift wrapping party. Paper, tape, scissors and ribbons will be provided. All you have to bring is your gifts ready to be wrapped in your own boxes. We will play holiday music to enhance the mood. There is no registration for this drop-in event.
Weekly Genealogy Group to meet
DOVER — On Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 6:30 p.m., the Genealogy Group will meet at the Dover Public Library. Whether you’re new to genealogical research or a seasoned pro, this group is a great way to meet others who share the same passion, can give you advice in your research, and listen to your newly-discovered family histories. The group is open to the public and not restricted to Dover residents or library card holders.
Virtual discussion with author and LGBTQ+ historian
DOVER — There’ll be a Zoom discussion with award-winning author and LGBTQ+ historian Eric Cervini on Wednesday, Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. at the Dover Public Library. Cervini will be discussing his book “The Deviant’s War: The Homosexual vs. the United States of America.”
